Description: Imperial Stout- Few beers are as straightforward and dead on in a specific flavor than the Southern Tier Choklat. Quite frankly, we feel it's rude for other breweries to even attempt to brew a Chocolate Stout to compete with this beer...but, do what you want, whatever floats your boat. The onyx color is layered with a massive, steady dark brown head. Intense aromas of decadent milk and dark chocolate sends signals to the brain that it's time for dessert. What about the flavor? We think you get the idea. There's a reason why this beer is on our wall (look to the right of the stairwell.)
