Nitrogen-dispensed for a creamy mouthfeel that accentuates the malt profile. An addition of oats to the mash results in a brew with incredible smoothness that finishes with a hint of dark chocolate sweetness. This is a Stout-lover’s paradise! When we opened in 1998, we wanted to show our respect for the heroes of “the Steel.” This beer is brewed in honor of the men who provided the strength to our skyscrapers… The men who made the spans of our bridges… The men that provided the muscle for our warships… Cheers, to a job well done.
