Description: Put Up The Peace Sign is a rollicking, prodigiously flavored DIPA, harmonizing a particular blend of yeasts with a particular blend of hops that together bring forth an intense, broad spectrum of tropical fruitiness. On the palate, the aforementioned hop & yeast derived tropical character synergistically reverberates, manifesting in flavor sensations of mango, lychee, and underpinnings of pineapple with a passing waft of the other green stuff. Thanks to modest carbonation and a bountiful supply of oats and wheat, the body is left beautifully silky.
