Description: Wild ale fermented with Ollalieberries. 1500 lbs. of berries were added to Sour Opal, a beer matured 18 months in French oak barrels, then fermented using our proprietary blend of microflora for an additional 4 months. Bursting with ripe berries, brambles, as well as jam, the fruit eventually gives way to a tease of funky yeast, spicy oak, and a robust mouth-watering acidity.
