Description: Dark Wheat Pumpkin Ale - We give you our recreated, heavily tweaked rendition of the Pumpkin Ale. Over 100 lbs of local roasted butternut squash and 60 lbs of house-made pumpkin puree were added to this brew. A sugar/spice blend of brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla were also included. An addition of lactose was utilized to round out the spice and amplify the sweetness. Flavors of roasted pumpkin swirl throughout, guiding the way to a rich graham cracker/biscuity pumpkin pie crust finish. This is truly a unique fall seasonal...a Dark Wheat Milk Pumpkin Spiced Ale.
