Description: Rye IPA - IBU: 64 - A collaboration between Push & Brian "Spike" Buckowski of Terrapin Brewing Company out of Athens, Georgia. This Rye IPA has a great malty base including Maris Otter and a nice addition of malted rye, adding just a hint of spice and body to compliment the hops. It's rounded out by biscuit malt and caramel wheat, providing the perfect backbone for the dank attack. Inspired by Phish's 2 night stand at Merriweather Post Pavilion, we set out to create a hop profile including a dank undertone balanced out by piney and citrusy aromas and flavors. Generously hopped with Columbus, Chinook, Summit, and Simcoe at almost 4 lbs per barrel, this monster will come on strong and finish with a nice aromatic buzz.
