Description: Grapefruit White IPA - IBU: 65 - Equinsu ocha! Equinsu ocha! White Devil, White Devil! Our friends over at Flying Dog brainstormed with us on what would be a cool rendition of the newly famed White IPA. So, Flying Dog brought over their proprietary Belgian yeast strain dubbed Diablo (Raging Bitch) and we created a traditional Witbier base substituting grapefruit for orange peel. The addition of grapefruit juice and rind will play off the aggressive amount of Amarillo hops we used to amplify that tropical citrusy bite this hop possesses. This is dank...real dank...you'll never look at a White IPA the same.
