Description: Witbier - IBU:10- Introduced in 1992, Blanche de Chambly at that time was the first and only bottle re-fermented white ale crafted in North America. This effervescent ale was brewed in honor of the militiamen who fought and died to defend Lower Canada against invasion in 1812. As you can already assume, this beer is extremely refreshing and approachable to the masses. Vibrantly hazed in yellow and orange, a sturdy cloud-like head will foam at the top. Sweet grain, lemon peel and clove spice will please the nose while the satisfying flavor of bready malt, tart citrus and earthy esters enhance drinkability.
